Messaging Terms

These terms cover the text messages Minston's Jamaican Deli & Market sends. By giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, you agree to what follows.
What we send
Order and booking messages: confirmation that we have your order, when it is ready for pickup, when a delivery is on its way, and confirmations or reminders for reservations, private parties and catering.
Offers and news, if you asked for them: specials, new dishes, events and holiday menus. These are separate from the order messages and you can have one without the other.
We do not send messages for anyone else, and we do not send anything you did not ask for.
How often
Message frequency varies. Order and booking messages arrive when there is something to tell you about an order you placed. Offers are occasional, and never more than a few times a month.
Cost
We do not charge for messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier, depending on your plan.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. You will get one message confirming that we have stopped, and nothing after that.
Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us on the details below.
Stopping texts does not cancel an order or a booking. If you need to change one of those, call us.
Your mobile number
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
We share your number only with the service providers that deliver the messages and process your order on our behalf, and only so they can do that work.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, so we do not rely on a text alone for anything time critical.
Consent
Agreeing to receive offers by text is optional. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can order, book and use everything on this site without it.
You can give or withdraw consent at any time, by ticking the box on any of our forms or by replying STOP.
