Ordering and pickup

Orders placed through the site are requests to purchase and are subject to acceptance and availability. We prepare orders for pickup at our location; payment is completed at pickup unless otherwise arranged.

Menu items, prices, and availability may change without notice. If an item is unavailable, we will do our best to contact you.

Pricing and taxes

Prices shown are in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes, which are calculated and finalized at the time of payment.

Gift cards

Gift cards are redeemable in store toward menu items and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Treat gift cards like cash; we are not responsible for lost or stolen cards.

Reservations and events

Reservation and private-party requests are confirmed by us directly and are subject to availability. We may contact you to finalize details.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or misuse any content or services.

Intellectual property

The Minston's name, logo, photos, menu content, and site design are the property of their respective owners and may not be used without permission.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and services are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site.

If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please tell us before ordering; we prepare food in a shared kitchen.
